Bernard throws this sort of party for people to meet the “savage”. But this goes wrong, because John doesn’t want to come out of his room and do all the people that want to John are disappointed towards Bernard and make fun of him. This show that no one really likes Bernard. Lenina is disappointed as well. Meanwhile John has made been talking to Helmholtz lately and tells him about a passage of Romeo and Juliette. Helmholtz laughs at it because he finds it funny.

In this chapter John is now know as the “Savage”. He is now discovering the Brave new world which    he is disliking it. When he goes to visit Eton he sees children watching a film where people are hitting themselves. John goes with Lenina to watch a film but he thinks it’s horrible when Lenina thinks it’s lovely. Lenina is confused if John likes her or not.

In chapter 9 Bernard goes to Santa Fe to convince Mond to let John and Linda go to London because there would be a scientific interest in bringing them to the World State While Bernard is doing that John goes into Leninas room and sees her and starts to quote passages from Romeo and Juliet.

1.Bernard ask John to explain his whole life in the reservation because he still doesn’t understand. Linda doesn’t really care about relationships she just wants to sleep with many men Popé brings a drug to Linda called mescal. John does not like Popé. John tries to stab Popé, Popé just laughs. The Shakespeare allusion is similar to how Johns life is. When John got hit by rocks he felt that no one likes him so he feels alone. John wants to know how it feels to be crucified because he once had a dream of it. Bernard asked John if he wants to go to London with him. 9.John started laughing with joy when he heard that Bernard was not married to Lenina.

Chapter 3: During this chapter Mustapha Mond which is the world controller for Western Europe he tells the students about how the world was before this society. He was also talking about how the war was threatening the humanity exicestence. Chapter4: This chapter is just talking about how Lenina sees Bernard. But Bernard is always shy to talk to her.

1. Gatsby is not that great because he would always try to please daisy on something that was not him. He had to change only to please her. 2. Nick was not honest to him self. I think he usually hangs out with dishonest people because those were the only friend he could make. 3. I think that means that Tom and Daisy didn’t care for anybody but themselves 4. I wouldn’t let my son date her because she is the type to just see if the person has money or is rich only for own interest. 5. That one day you’ll want to make a past dream come true
